ParkShare ("ParkShare," "we," "us") operates a marketplace that connects people who have parking space ("Sharers") with people who need parking near events ("Parkers"), available through our mobile app and website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

To provide the marketplace; process reservations, payments, and Sharer payouts; verify identity and prevent fraud; send transactional notifications and support messages; and operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and Sharer payouts are handled by Stripe; your card details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Identity verification, where used, is performed by a third-party provider; we retain the verification result and a reference, not the raw documents beyond what is necessary.
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account). When you do, we remove or anonymize your personal information. However, we retain transaction, payout, and completed-reservation records in de-identified form where we are required to for tax, accounting, dispute, and legal-compliance purposes. You cannot delete an account with active or upcoming reservations or an unsettled payout until those are resolved.
Nevada residents: Nevada law (NRS 603A) gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. We do not sell your information; to submit a verified opt-out request, contact us below.
California residents: where applicable, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor these requests; we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

ParkShare does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and does not use the App Tracking Transparency identifier for cross-app tracking. In-app advertisements (where shown) are first-party and measured without sharing your identity with third-party ad networks.
ParkShare is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
