By using ParkShare you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use ParkShare on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
ParkShare is a marketplace that connects Sharers who make parking space available with Parkers who reserve it, typically near events. ParkShare does not own, operate, or control any parking space and is not a party to the agreement between a Sharer and a Parker. We provide the platform, payment processing (via Stripe), and related tools.
Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may require identity verification and may suspend accounts for violations, fraud, or risk.
Parkers pay the space price plus a service fee shown at checkout. ParkShare retains its fees; the remainder is paid to the Sharer on completion. All payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Unless a listing states otherwise:
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
We may require identity verification for some users or actions. Providing false information or failing verification may limit or end your access.
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkShare disclaims warranties and is not liable for the conduct of Sharers or Parkers, or for property damage, theft, injury, or loss arising from a parking arrangement between users. You are responsible for carrying any insurance you deem appropriate; a homeowner's or auto policy may not cover commercial use, and you should confirm your own coverage. To the extent ParkShare is liable, liability is limited to the fees you paid to ParkShare for the transaction at issue.
You agree to indemnify ParkShare against claims arising from your use of the service, your listings or bookings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or unsafe use; no circumventing fees; no misrepresenting a space; no harassment of other users.
ParkShare lets users create content — messages, reviews and ratings, profile and space photos, and other postings ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you grant ParkShare a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Prohibited User Content includes anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes another's rights, as well as spam and impersonation.
Reporting and blocking. Every surface that carries User Content provides a way to report the content and to block the user responsible. You can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the app (for example, on a message, review, profile, or listing), and Sharers and Parkers can block and report one another. You may also email support@parkshare.app.
Our response. We review every report and act on objectionable-content and abuse reports within 24 hours — removing the content, and warning, suspending, or banning the responsible user as warranted. Ejecting an abusive user is at our sole discretion. Blocking a user prevents further interaction between you and that user, including new bookings.
You can delete your account in the app. We anonymize personal data but retain transaction and completed-reservation records as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in Clark County, Nevada, unless a binding arbitration provision is added following legal review.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; continued use means acceptance. Questions: support@parkshare.app.
